1.Availability Estimate Definitions

The availability estimate for each product detail page tells you how soon we can dispatch the item to you.

1、Items Shipped and Sold by Amazon.com

In StockThe item is in stock in at least one fulfillment center. We expect to prepare it for shipment within a few hours to a few days (depending on the shipping option you choose).In stock but may require an extra 1-2 days to processThe item is available in at least one fulfillment center. We expect to prepare it for shipment within a day to a few days.Usually ships in X-Y daysThe item will be ordered from a nearby distributor. We expect that it will be prepared for shipment within that amount of days of your order.Usually ships in X-Y weeksThe item will be ordered from a nearby distributor. We expect that it will be prepared for shipment within that amount of weeks of your order.Not yet published/released or Available for PreorderThe latest release date information provided for the item will be on its product detail page. 2、 Determine Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping rates and times depend on the shipping speed and the weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate and time for items in your Cart:

  1. Select Proceed to checkout.
  2. Select or add your shipping address.
  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue.
  4. Select a payment method and select Continue.

The total shipping & handling cost as well as the estimated date of delivery, is listed under Order Summary.

3、Track Your Package

You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

Note: Some packages, such as standard international deliveries, aren’t trackable.

To track your package:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Go to the order you want to track.
  3. Select Track Package next to your order.

Items sent by sellers from the Amazon Marketplace can also be tracked, but only if the seller has shared this information with Amazon and you have chosen a traceable shipping method.

Note: If your package shows as delivered, but you haven’t yet received it, go to Find a Missing Package that Shows as Delivered for more information.
